Screenlets 0.1.3 is cooking...

It's basically the maintenance version to make Screenlets work correctly with new versions of our operation systems after two years of standing still. All individual Screenlets have not been fixed yet and presently there is nobody planning to do it, but you can help if you wish. Actually, if you want Screenlets to improve and continue, you SHOULD help!

However, there are some updates and improvements, most important concerning the way Screenlets are installed and the way versions and dependencies are checked. This works only on Debian/Ubuntu now, additions for other distros are welcome. If you are interested, check out the download page.

Major changes

  • You can install any individual Screenlet as a Debian package from central PPA.
  • You can translate individual Screenlets on Launchpad.
